Luke posted this on my FB wall today from MNN and I was completely blown away by this innovative way of transforming a regular mason jar into a reusable mug. It might be nothing for others but I think its ingenious, I for one would like own one of those lids to use on one of my jars :)

I have a new fascination with mason jars, whether they are new or vintage. I am currently on the hunt for more, so I could put things in them or use them to make terrariums.

Future project, making my very own mason jar terrarium. I am in the process of collecting things for my tiny world in a jar: sand, rocks, shells, small toys, sticks, etc. I can’t wait to start building!
